Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you fill out a contact or quote-request form on this site, we collect what you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever details you share about the work you're looking for. If you become a client, we also keep the records that come with any working relationship: invoices, project notes, and the assets and access you give us to do the work, such as login credentials for your Google Business Profile or hosting account, which we handle the same way we'd want our own handled.

We do not use invasive tracking scripts or sell visitor data to advertisers. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand which pages are getting visited and roughly how many people are finding the site — this is aggregate, non-identifying traffic information, not a profile built on you personally.

2. How we use it

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver the services you've hired us for, send invoices and project updates, and — only if you've separately agreed to it — let you know about relevant updates or offers. We don't use your information for anything beyond running this business and serving you well.

3. Who else sees it

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. A small number of third-party tools we rely on to operate may process information on our behalf, strictly to provide their service to us: our email delivery provider, so messages from our contact form actually reach us; our hosting provider; and, once online payments are available, our payment processor, Stripe, which handles and stores card and billing details directly under its own security practices — we never see or store your full card number ourselves.

4. How long we keep it

We keep client records — invoices, contracts, project files — for as long as needed for our own business and tax records, generally at least the period required by Indiana recordkeeping requirements. Contact form submissions that don't turn into a working relationship are kept only as long as needed to follow up, then deleted on a routine basis.

5. Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — we'll keep what we're legally required to retain, such as invoices, but will remove everything else. If you've opted into any email updates, every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Reach out using the contact information below for any of this.

6. Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for business owners and other adults, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and post the revised version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you've seen and accepted the update.
