I was born in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1989 and had my first PC by age seven. We moved to Northwest Indiana when I was eight, and by twelve I was already troubleshooting and reformatting machines for family and neighbors. Computers were never a "career plan" — they were just what I naturally gravitated toward.

I built my first website back in 2012 for a real estate broker. A year earlier, at eighteen, I'd enlisted in the Army National Guard. Through every chapter since, the technology side never stopped — it just kept growing alongside everything else I was doing.

In 2019 I moved to Knox, Indiana and got my first real taste of rural country life. Over the years here I've watched a lot of small businesses come and go, and the one thing the struggling ones tended to share was the lack of a real, working website. The technical side was just too complicated for owners already wearing five hats. That's where I decided to come in — to help the little guy.

What makes Starke Web Industry different is that I built the whole thing on an iPhone. I didn't wait for the perfect setup, the perfect office, or the perfect timing. I worked with what I had, stayed focused, and kept moving forward with planning and determination. That mindset still drives everything I do: keep learning, keep improving, and turn obstacles into progress.

The way I look at it, Knox is family. When our small businesses do well, we all do well. I fell in love with this town, so I decided to put what I'd been doing my whole life to work for it — as a professional freelance website designer paying it back the only way I know how. In a world full of AI possibilities, I get to give my clients top-tier custom design without the agency price tag.
